Getting the desired shape of products and making them strong & durable can only happen with high quality castings. With deep commitment to provide only quality castings, Alloy Steels was incepted in the year 1984. This ISO 9001:2000 certified company is one of India's premiere manufacturers of various types of castings like iron casting, stainless steel casting, alloy castings, excavator bucket tips and adapters. We also manufacture various other industrial products like tooth points, side cutters, saw plates, side plates, beaters, liners, hammers, housings, gears, pulleys, high pressure valve castings, trunions & eye pieces, pivots & brackets, scraper bars etc. Situated in a wide and spacious area of 2062.5 sq. meters in the heart of Belgaum, the manufacturing plant has all the requisite modern facilities to give way to uninterrupted flow of production. The products are widely used in diverse industrial applications like railways, valves, earthmoving equipments, construction and many more.

Quality Assurance
We, at Alloy Steels, work on the policy of delivering 100% safe and fine quality of industrial products. There is absolutely no compromise on the quality front. Every product is repeatedly tested for its strength and applications. High quality and specialized grades of metal are used to make the castings, which conform to the accepted standards like IS, B.S, ASTM, DIN, JIS and Special Grades. Specialized testing equipments like Ultrasonic and Radiographic Quality Level-2 equipments are used to test the efficiency of all the products. Keeping in mind all the concerned parameters like harness, tensile strength, durability, etc various other testing equipments are also used which include  spectrometers, hardness testers, mold scratch hardness testers, microscope CCD cameras, radius gauges, pistol calipers, vernier calipers, etc.

These testing equipments are procured from some of the well known brands like GNR (Italy), Vardhan, BHN-Yama, Aerospace, Kristeel, and many more. The entire manufacturing process is watched closely by our efficient quality control supervisors, who make sure that there are no defects in the products. Latest technology Computers of recognized brands like Hp and Compaq, are also employed to judge the worth of the products.

Infrastructure
Alloy Steels has a worthy and impeccable infrastructure, having an ideal combination of manpower and machines. We have a well trained and professional technical supervisory staff, as well as quality control staff, who have an in-depth knowledge of the entire production process. Our manufacturing unit is situated at a sprawling area of 2062.5 sq. meters. This includes a built up area of 234 sq. meters plus 1770 sq. meters of other area. It is also equipped with all the basic and advanced facilities of the production process. The machines that are used in the process, possess sophisticated and cutting of the edge features.
